Herausforderungen für Frauen in der Spitzenmathematik. Fallrekonstruktionen zu den Lebenswegen professioneller Mathematikerinnen

PosterAbstract
Trotz politischer und gesellschaftlicher Gleichstellungsbemühungen sind Frauen unter den Professor*innen weiterhin unterrepräsentiert, v.a. im MINT-Bereich. Die Bildungs- und Lebenswege erfolgreicher Mathematikerinnen sowie ihre Erfahrungen und ihr Umgang mit relevanten Krisen und Brüchen in ihrer Bildungskarriere sind bislang wenig erforscht. Im Rahmen des Posters werden diese exemplarisch anhand einer Fallrekonstruktion nachgezeichnet. Datengrundlage bilden narrativ-biografisches Interviews mit Mathematikprofessorinnen, die objektiv-hermeneutisch ausgewertet wurde.
