Description

Objectives The aim of Gen Z-Kult is to promote the integration of young people in dual vocational education and training and to reduce drop-out rates as well as to combat the shortage of labour and skilled workers in companies by supporting them in creating an appreciative company/training culture that reflects the needs of (disadvantaged) Gen Z apprentices. Activities The project develops tools for trainers: A BROCHURE and TRAINING VIDEOS, which support learning and reflection processes with regard to an appreciative training culture with the help of scenarios. Furthermore, a TRANSNATIONAL THEORY REPORT on the system and challenges of in-company training in AT and DE will be published. Last but not least, the project activities will be accompanied by ongoing DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES and will be concluded with a MULTIPLYER EVENT. Impact By creating a supportive and appreciative training culture, the number of apprentices who drop out of their apprenticeship prematurely should decrease. An appreciative training culture also promotes a positive working environment, which leads to increased job satisfaction and a better working atmosphere. Last but not least, the Gen Z-Kult project develops creative and innovative approaches to solving current problems.
