Description

The project comprises the organization and conduction of events that foster interdisciplinary exchange of experiences in the area of communication and collaboration technologies at the WWU Münster. An example is the WWU BarCamp that is being offered since 2011 by the research group communication and collaboration management. Additionally, targeted initiatives are conducted that aim at fostering collaboration with and among students of the WWU Münster. Furthermore, as part of the project, a course was offered that investigated the application possibilities of customer relationship management software in the university context. The course took place during the winter semester 2012/2013 at the institute for information systems. For results concerning this project, please contact Tobias Brockmann. The course was supported by Microsoft that provided the university and specifically the research group with necessary hardware, licenses and technical support.
