Abstract
Since the 1970s at the latest, we have found ourselves not only in a rapid process of transformation in industrial society, but also in a comparatively intensive process of informalisation and legal formalisation at the same time. Gender egalitarian tendencies have recently been supplemented by claims of relatively new groups for justice: diversity and gender legality sometimes seem to compete, which would seem to harbour not only a new culture of conflict, but even allegedly a deep division. These struggles are not new, but can be well traced in the gender negotiation process, which was and is nothing other than a conflict for justice.
