Abstract

Demographic change, diversity and gender equality are current challenges for organisations in which human resources and management play a key role. Often, however, conservative tendencies of inertia can be observed here, which can put the brakes on innovation. A sociogenetic explanation of the formation of certain leadership-related stereotypes offers a crucial perspective on the underlying power conflicts.
