Duration at the University of Münster19/10/2022 - 18/10/2026

Description

Based on our expertise we will specifically contribute to all topics related to research coordination, such as understanding the transcriptome’s role through advanced bioinformatics analyses as well as the optimization of the laboratory work-flows for elaborate next generation sequencing protocols. We envisage to coordinate and/or contribute to workshops on both, the bioinformatical analysis of transcriptomes including single cell sequencing as well as on the use of machine learning approaches in the context of genetic-epidemiological studies. We will also contribute to capacity building by providing expertise and skills exchange through training schools and STSM particularly to students and young researchers on the above mentioned subject matters.
