The proposal clearly demonstrates current knowledge base and modern approaches to ASCVD. It deals with a challenging task devoted to the identification of new biomarkers for atherosclerotic cardiovascular prevention. Indeed, it describes possibilities and feasibility for application of relevant achievements of new "-omics" and AI/ML technologies for the identification of new markers as preventive and treatment measures through integrative bio-informative algorithms. Therefore, the proposal is expected to have a significant scientific, technological and socioeconomic impact by creating new knowledge, transfer of knowledge among the COST Action participants and by fostering the career development of early career researchers.
