The Early Career Researcher Best Paper Award recognises the lead author for an outstanding article that has been published in each of the BPS Journals during the past year, demonstrating originality, rigour, clarity, significance and potential long-term impact. Authors are presented with the opportunity to nominate their papers during the online submission process. Papers enter the standard peer-review and publishing process, before being critically reviewed by a panel of editors at the end of the year.
