Welcome to the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management! We invite you to engage with us to reinvent the way we work and live. We analyze processes based on digital trace data, understand processes applying large scale empirical investigations and design new processes following an innovative design science research approach. We are committed to make processes run better both in industry and society, specifically capitalizing on the innovative and transformative power of digital technology. We enable more resilient and more sustainable processes as well as much more exciting customer and employee experiences.
