Profile

The main focus of the organizational psychology at the University of Münster consists in the provision of strategies and procedures by research and teachings to increase the efficiency and humanity of organizations (business organizations, administrative divisions, hospitals, etc.). Thereby, the organizations' work conditions shall also be sustainably improved. These strategies and procedures are developed in close accordance with relevant theories and are put to empirical tests to be supported. We closely collaborate with business organzations, administrative divisions and hospitals to achieve this. We also cooperate with international research groups and publish our results in English and German in renowned and highly respected scientific journals and books.
