As part of the annual European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference, we organise a track on “Organising Creativity for Innovation”. Our track welcomes papers that approach organisational creativity and innovation from a variety of perspectives. It is our goal to bring together scholars from different disciplines that study socio-organisational or physical work environments (e.g. within management, organisational behaviour, human resources, entrepreneurship, architecture, interior design, or ergonomics). We welcome both conceptual/theoretical and empirical contributions. Please find the call for our 2018 track here.
