Abstract
The increased Discrimination Awareness is a consequence as well as a reason of informalisation processes. Social climbers benefit from informalisation in the sense of mutual identification with social climbers and outsider groups as well as formalisation in the sense that social integration and equality demands law and equality politics too.Keywords: Bewußtseinsforschung; SPRYNG; Diskriminierung; Informalisierugnstheorie
