Abstract

We integrate electro-optic modulators and superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors on a single low-loss Lithium-Niobate-On-Insulator device. We show single photon detection at modulation frequency up to 1 GHz and static reconfigurability with an optimal bias-drift-free operation.
