Tunable Picosecond Si3N4 Waveguide-based Optical Parametric Oscillators

Abstract

We present synchronously pumped picosecond Si3N4 waveguide-based optical parametric oscillators, generating up to 370 pJ idler energy with total external conversion efficiency of 18.5% and a wavelength tunability of 191 nm around 1.15 μm.
