ELN Material Collection - A collection of resources for the implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks

Abstract

The poster provides an overview of the "ELN Material Collection" (https://tiny.cc/elb-sammlung). The implementation of an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) presents various challenges for research groups and institutions. To overcome these technical and organizational hurdles, the community project "ELN Material Collection" offers a platform where expertise and best practices can be shared and locally utilized. The community project aims to create a comprehensive overview of resources that consider both administrative and technical aspects to support the successful implementation of laboratory notebook software. The focus is on the software "eLabFTW," but the project also encourages the inclusion of other ELN tools. The materials are freely accessible in the spirit of Open Science, allowing others to adapt and further develop them. Through peer exchange and collaborative work, innovative solutions are to be developed that ultimately strengthen the quality of research.
