Abstract

We demonstrate crucial components for integrated quantum photonics, such as phase shifters, modulators, sub-wavelength grating structures, and a wide range of compact nanophotonic devices based on inverse design, as well as waveguide-integrated superconducting nanowire single photon detectors enabling novel communication, sensing and information processing implementations.
