Description

The "Kompetenzturbo Digitalisierung" project aims to increase the use of the eGov-Campus and to test various learning formats, including digital, hybrid, in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous formats, for different user groups. The goal is to enable responsible staff in public authorities to introduce and effectively use digital learning formats in the context of professional development. The target groups of the project are personnel developers, training officers, and executives. Subproject at the University of Münster As part of the subproject at the University of Münster, the current status of competency research will be examined and synthesized with the latest literature on e-government competencies. Based on this theoretical foundation, existing competency frameworks for e-government competencies will be instantiated. Additionally, a flexible role model focusing on the state level will be developed. This model aims to assign specific e-government competencies to certain groups of employees, enabling quicker and easier identification of training needs.
