Description

Das Vorhaben befasst sich mit der Synthese kleinmolekularer, nichtpeptidischer, radioaktiv markierterInhibitoren von Matrix-Metalloproteinasen (MMPIs) für das Imaging von kardiovaskulären Krankheitenin vivo, bei denen eine MMP-Aktivierung eine Rolle spielt. Die zu entwickelnden Radioligandensollen in der Einzelphotonen-Emissions-Tomographie und der Positronen-Emissions-Tomographiezunächst bei Mausmodellen Anwendung finden und langfristig für die Diagnostik kardiovaskulärerErkrankungen validiert werden.
