Description
Optische Bildgebungsverfahren weisen - insbesondere im Nahinfrarotbereich (NIR) - eine der SPECT(single photon emission computer tomography) und der PET vergleichbare molekulare Sensitivität auf.Potenzielle Vorteile der optischen Bildgebung sind die fehlende ionisierende Strahlung sowie geringeKosten. Für die optische molekulare Bildgebung ist die Entwicklung hochaffiner Fluorochrome eineunabdingbare Voraussetzung, diese sollen im Teilprojekt entwickelt werden.
