Again and again, students hurt themselves in apparently unconspicous stituations during their physical education classes. These accidents mostly occur in sport games when students try to practice easy tasks in different situations of the game. Moreover, most of these students are motivated during class. When asked about the reasons for the accidents, teachers often refer to the mistakes of the students like a lack of concentration. Up to now, research primarily dealt with the external basic conditions. This approach implies a direct comparison with students that did not injure themselves and their behavior directly before the accident.
