The SenseBox ist a Do-it-yourself-construction kit to build stationary or mobile sensors. Citizens and schools can use the SenseBox to collect data about environment, climate, traffic, noise pollution etc. The geo-referenced data collected by all SenseBoxes is uploaded to a website and can be used for spatio-temporal analyses. This supports a better understanding of local environmental phenomena.
