Duration at the University of Münster01/06/2002 - 30/11/2005

Description

Young researchers will be brought into the forefront of our research through a combination of measures. First we will appoint pre- and postdoc workers at each of our nodes and immerse them in the projects sketched above. To ensure that the appointees reach their potential and make a significant contribution themselves and advance their career prospects there will be an extensive system of mentoring and networking - with travel between the nodes to exchange information and work on joint projects. This networking will also involve senior and other junior members of the network in seminar programmes, mini-workshops as well as further applications to the EU for Euro-conferences to ensure that as many young researchers as possible benefit from the project beyond the young researchers employed by the programme.
