Description
This project addresses how membrane platforms rich in PA and PI(4,5)P2 serve as Weibel-Palade body (WPB) tethering and/or fusion sites, which proteins are required to establish these platforms and how they link to the WPB. In particular, we analyze the contribution of different Rab proteins and Rab effector functions in the late steps of WPB exocytosis.
