Description
Frequently recurring events and a central budget utilized for specific needs allow steering of the project. We have installed a highly visible and recognized annual symposium (MSCEC). Renowned guest scientists and a regular colloquium strengthen the scientific position at the WWU. These events contribute to fruitful exchange also of our young scientists as well as travel resources for the opportunity to visit international congresses. Periodical CRC project assemblies and an annual two day convention provide continuous project evaluation, development and initiation. Further financial resources are used for project initiation funding (e.g. for promising young scientists) and gender issues.
