Description
Der Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot ist der größte und renommierteste internationale Studierendenwettbewerb auf dem Gebiet des Zivilrechts. Im vergangenen Jahr haben mehr als 370 Universitäten daran teilgenommen. Veranstaltet wird der Moot vom Institute of International Commercial Law der Pace University School of Law in New York unter Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Schiedsinstitutionen. Thematisch befasst sich der Vis Moot mit dem UN-Kaufrecht (CISG) und dem Recht der internationalen Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit – zwei für den internationalen Rechtsverkehr höchst bedeutsame Materien.
