Description

The project studies formation and function of curvature-dependent signaling platforms at the plasma membrane during neuronal development. Specifically, we will examine how BAIAP2 signaling hubs influence cell migration and cell shape in 2D and 3D cultures, as well as its involvement in neuronal migration defects linked to lissencephaly.
