Seit dem Sommersemester 2007 kann der mit 1.500 € dotierte Infineon-Master-Award für die beste Master-Arbeit eines Semesters im Rahmen der Promotionsfeiern vergeben werden. Ab 2013 wird dieser Preis jährlich vergeben.
