Professor Dr. Thomas Hoeren vom Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht wurde von der Regierung der Niederlande mit dem Preis für deutsch-niederländische Wissenschaftskooperation ausgezeichnet. Der Preis wird zusammen mit der nationalen niederländischen Wissenschaftsorganisation NWO und der Alexander-von- Humboldt-Stiftung für zwei herausragende deutsche Wissenschaftler ausgelobt und ist mit einem längeren Forschungsaufenthalt in Amsterdam verbunden.
