Research Focus
- Corporate Governance, Medienökonomie, Sportökonomie, Strategisches Personalmanagement, Superstars, Umweltökonomie, WettmärkteDie Forschung des Lehrstuhls befasst sich mit Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen, welche zu einem nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg beitragen. Unternehmensführung umfasst die markt-, ressourcen; und institutionenorientierte Strategielehre. Die marktorientierte Strategielehre bezeichnet die Wahl einer geeigneten Industrie und Branche sowie die Beeinflussung der Wettbewerbsverhältnisse durch geeignete Wettbewerbsstrategien. Die ressourcenorientierte Strategielehre betont die Wichtigkeit, unternehmensspezifische Ressourcen zu entwickeln und einzusetzen. Die institutionenorientierte Strategielehre beabsichtigt eine effizienzorientierte Gestaltung unternehmensinterner und unternehmensübergreifender institutioneller Strukturen.
