Profile
The overarching research interests of the Chair for Transformation of Work can be summarized as “Leadership and Collaboration in Challenging and Changing Work Environments.” In particular, the current research programme examines how recent developments within economies and societies (e.g., technological developments, migration, changing political climate, the COVID-19 pandemic) shape the future of work and the radical changes and behaviors in work environments. The focus of research lies on questions whose answers contribute to both theory.
