Zusammenfassung

3D microarrays are created in a nanoporous polymer film. The microarrays are stabilized by covalent attachment over a click-chemistry approach and exhibit an enhanced dynamic range for the detection of antibody binding due to a higher amount of binding sites in the nanoporous film compared to flat substrates with conventional 2D surface arrays.
