Sportpsychologie im Sportunterricht und in Bewegungsangeboten im Setting Schule [Position Paper of the asp. Sport Psychology in Physical Eduation and Physical Exercise Programs in School Settings]

Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Sportpsychologie (asp) vertritt die Interessen der Sportpsychologie im universitären und im außeruniversitären Bereich vorwiegend in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Ziel der asp ist die Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Sportpsychologie in Forschung, Lehre und in den Anwendungsfeldern des Leistungs-‍, Breiten-‍, Gesundheits- und Schulsports (siehe asp-Satzung, Stand März 2021). Seit Mai 2023 hat die asp in ihrem Präsidium eine Vertretung für den Bereich Schulsport etabliert. Mit diesem Positionspapier verdeutlicht die asp die Rolle der Sportpsychologie und ihre Bedeutung für den Schulsport: für den Unterricht, im Ganztag, bei außerunterrichtlichen Angeboten, für die Schullandschaft und deren Akteur_innen (u. a. Schüler_innen, Lehrkräfte, Eltern) sowie Entscheidungsträger_innen (u. a. in Schulen, Kommunen, Länder). The German Association of Sports and Exercise Psychology (asp) represents the interests of sports and exercise psychology at the university and nonuniversity level, primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The asp promotes and further develops sports and exercise psychology in research, teaching, and the application fields of competitive, popular, health, and school sports (see asp statutes, dated March 2021). In May 2023, the asp established a representative for the area of physical education and school sports on its Executive Board. This position paper clarifies the role of sports and exercise psychology and its importance for physical education and school sports, for example, in teaching, after-school activities, extracurricular activities, the school landscape, and among its stakeholders (including pupils, teachers, and parents) and decision-makers (including schools, municipalities, and federal states).
