Zusammenfassung

A waveguide-based optical parametric oscillator for narrowband coherent Raman scattering applications is presented, exploiting stimulated four-wave mixing in a silicon nitride waveguide. Using a 20 mm waveguide length, idler pulses with an energy of up to 210 pJ and a narrow spectral bandwidth down to 1.45 nm could be generated. In combination with the residual pump pulses, spectroscopy and microscopy via coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering as well as stimulated Raman scattering were demonstrated for different samples with a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 13.
